Check out Prasada Yoga Center's Website! They offer classes for Kids and Adults!
Prasada Yoga Center in North Hampton was the first studio that Let's Get Movin'! was hosted at. Dana and Michelle helped make it happen! I was teaching at the Brentwood Rec Center and also had a kids camp over the summer. I really was looking for a space at a yoga studio and Prasada was the perfect location! It is a beautiful space that is very welcoming for adults. I personally took classes there over the summer and have taken class there in the past. I was first introduced to Prasada through my friend Jim. he was a member there and brought me as a guest to class a few years back! I loved it! The teachers were amazing and the space is beautiful. I hope some day I will be able to teach adults class there as well.
Since September we have had three graduating rounds of students. Some of the students have been with me from the very beginning. It's so exciting to see everything they have learned. At our last performance the kids lead their classmates and myself through Sun Salutations, volcano pose, warrior II pose, flower pose, reverse table, tree, among a few other poses. The kids described how to come into the pose and also explained why we do the pose. I had to hold my tears of joy back.....what a proud moment to have the kids show their parents all they learn in yoga class! I love yoga!
To learn more about Prasada and their offerings visit the link below! They also have great seminars on the weekend.
